Amy Christieson, President, began her career in the insurance industry over 17 years ago. Through a variety of roles, Amy has gained a unique perspective on the challenges facing employers when offering employee benefits in the workplace. As a broker and consultant, Amy has improved efficiencies, allowing her clients to expand and enhance employee benefit offerings to assist in attracting and retaining quality talent. Her educational platform has provided her with the opportunity to educate hundreds of companies on the everchanging employee benefits landscape, as well as counselling thousands of individuals on proper preparation for the unexpected. Amy is a group benefit disability specialist (GBDS), was named one of Business First’s Healthcare 50 in 2008, and is the founder of the CONNECT Women’s Networking Group. She is also the former chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and in her second term as President of the American Business Women’s Association, WNY Charter Chapter. |

Victoria Sturman, Marketing/Public Relations Consultant, holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations Management and works as a public relations consultant for small businesses across Western New York. She specializes in assisting small businesses increase their bottom line through strategic public relations campaigns that include social media marketing, website development and content management, creation of electronic or printed newsletters, selective advertising, business sponsorships, and media relations. Prior to entering the public relations industry, Victoria was a newspaper reporter and editor for more than 10 years. She is the Publicity Chair for the American Business Women’s Association, WNY Charter Chapter; is Co-Chair of the Elmwood Village Association’s Public Relations and Marketing Committee; and is a member of the Marketing Committee for the Women’s Business Center at Canisius College. |
