Amy Christieson, President is the owner of Benefit Brokers of WNY, LLC. She holds a NY State LAH (Life, Accident and Health) license and is a certified Group Benefit Disability Specialist (GBDS). Amy started in the insurance industry 16 years ago, and through her variety of roles in the industry Amy has gained a unique perspective on the employee benefits marketplace. Amy’s vast field experience has provided her the opportunity to educate hundreds of companies on the changing landscape of healthcare as well as counseling thousands of individuals on how to properly plan for the unexpected. She is the Strategic Planning Chairperson for the American Business Women’s Association, a member of the Niagara USA Chamber and the founder of the CONNECT Networking Group. Amy resides in Youngstown with her husband Paul and son Keegan. |

Kristin Devereaux, Account Executive has over 20 years experience in customer service. She holds a LAH (Life, Accident and Health) license from the State of New York. Kristin’s experience in the customer service related industry has ranged from large companies with over 250 employees to smaller businesses with under 10 employees. Her customer focused approach assists our clients in finding strategic, proactive and cost effective ways to obtain and implement employee benefits within their businesses. Kristin is involved in several professional organizations including BNHRA, North Amherst Rotary and BNI. She resides in Lockport with her husband Tom and daughter Sarah. |

Michelle Mullen, Account Executive holds a LAH (Life, Accident and Health) license from the State of New York. Michelle’s background in the allied health field includes managing and recommending benefit strategies for companies employing from 10 to over 1,000, focusing on employee recruitment and retention. She brings a unique perspective having owned her own business and adds a focused approach to finding solutions that fit a company’s individual needs. Michelle is involved in several professional organizations including NAWBO, Women Inc BNC, CEL Alumni Association and BNI. She resides in Amherst with her husband Michael. |

Debbie Krebuszewski, Account Coordinator began her career over 25 years ago as an Executive Assistant in the education industry. She has provided high-level administrative support through various roles including serving as Director of Operations at a local not-for-profit organization. Debbie’s strong administrative and organizational skills provide our customers with seamless account administration and outstanding customer service. She resides in Clarence Center with her husband Andy and sons Adam, Drew and Brett. |
